At Boarderie, doing good is just as important as making great food. We believe a growing business should leave the world better than it found it — so we've built sustainability and purpose into everything we do, from our supply chain to our community.

Our Community: Twice a week, we donate our excess cheese and meat to The Lord's Place, where it's repurposed into meals for those experiencing homelessness. We donate over 300 pounds a week — that's more than 15,600 pounds a year, helping to feed an estimated 7,800 people.

Our People: We're proud to partner with The Arc of Palm Beach County to employ adults with developmental disabilities on our team. These team members earn the same wages as everyone else and play a vital role in our daily operations — from taping shipping boxes to loading trucks to sorting brochures. We believe everyone deserves to feel part of something meaningful, and that sense of purpose is something we never take for granted.
