Baking your Large Baked Brie is easier than you think — just follow these simple steps and get ready for something truly delicious!

  1. Freeze your pastry until you're ready to bake.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  3. Remove the biodegradable plastic film and the dark wood board.
  4. Important! Do not bake inside the dark wood board. Do bake inside the light wood tray with the parchment paper — this helps prevent any oozing.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes. Keep a close eye on it since every oven is a little different!
  6. Cool in the oven for 15–20 minutes with the oven turned off — this ensures that warm, gooey center we all love.
  7. Dig in! Serve as-is or with your favorite bread or crackers.

Once baked, we recommend enjoying your Brie within 2–3 days for the best texture and freshness. Though something tells us it won't last that long!
