You'll find the "use by" date printed on the bottom of your unwrapped board. Everything is sliced fresh the morning we ship — the day before your selected delivery date — so you can feel confident it's arriving at its best.

Once your board arrives, keep it refrigerated and enjoy it within 7 days while still sealed. If you break the seal and have leftovers, just cover the board or each individual tray with parchment paper, wrap it in plastic wrap, and pop it back in the fridge. The jams and honey will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks when refrigerated.

And here's a little tip for the best experience — take your board out of the refrigerator at least an hour before serving. Cheese is always at its most delicious at room temperature!
