Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Package?

We're so sorry if your order didn't arrive as expected — let's get this sorted out for you right away! Here's what to do:

1. Check Your Premium Package Protection: First, make sure you've purchased Premium Shipping Protection on your order. You can verify this in your order confirmation email, or reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and one of our representatives will look into it for you.

2. Delayed Or Damaged— We're so sorry if your order didn't arrive as expected — let's get this sorted out for you right away! 

A) Cheese and Charcuterie Boards & Baked Brie Boards 
If your package arrived more than 24 hours past your scheduled delivery date and your board has spoiled, or if your package arrived damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement order, future store credit or refund! Simply email us at [email protected] with a time-stamped photo of your damaged package and board and we'll work with you to come up with the best resolution as quickly as possible.

B) Dessert Boards 

Good news — our dessert boards are shelf stable, meaning they don't need to stay cold during transit! We do include ice as a precautionary measure depending on weather and travel conditions, but this doesn't affect the quality of your board once it arrives.
If your dessert board arrived melted, damaged, or otherwise uneatable, please send us a time-stamped photo of your package to [email protected] after 72 hours past your scheduled delivery date and we'll work with you to find an appropriate resolution! 

3. Stolen or Lost Package: If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please first take a peek around your property — check the back door, side door, garage, around the corner, and with your neighbors, as sometimes packages end up in unexpected places! If your board is still nowhere to be found, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details of your concern. Our team will open an investigation with FedEx right away and work with you for a solution.
