Shipping to a Hospital or University? 🏥🎓

We recommend contacting the mail room ahead of time to check their rules, regulations, and operating hours for receiving packages. FedEx typically delivers to the mailroom or receiving department at these locations, and from there it becomes their responsibility to get the package to the right person — which can sometimes cause delays, as they aren't able to guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Most mailrooms are also only open Monday through Friday, so keep that in mind when selecting your delivery date! 

One important thing to note when shipping to a hospital — please make sure to include the recipient's room number, or at the very least their floor and area within the hospital when placing your order. This helps ensure your board finds its way to the right person as smoothly as possible

Shipping to a Hotel? 🏨

No problem at all! We just recommend giving the front desk or concierge a heads up that you're expecting a perishable package. Simply request that they pop it in the refrigerator for you until you arrive — that way your board stays fresh and ready to enjoy!
