Because our boards are made fresh and shipped overnight, we don't accept returns. If something arrives less than perfect, we want to make it right. Inspect your board upon delivery and reach out within 24 hours — just email photos of the issue along with your order number to [email protected]. Refunds, replacements, and credits are handled case by case. Please hold onto the board and its packaging until you've documented the issue.
